The Hospital Readership Survey is a joint industry survey conducted amongst senior hospital doctors in the UK. It is being funded by over 15 publishers and other organisations involved in providing information to the medical community. The survey will be used to ensure that senior hospital doctors are provided with the information they require in their work.
The survey is being conducted amongst 28 different specialties. For each reply received we will make a donation to charity of £1, with a total target of £3,000.
If you have been asked to participate in the survey, confidentiality of your replies is guaranteed by the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society. This ensures that:
- Neither your name nor the organisation you work for will be published or associated with the results in any way
- Your name will not be passed on to any third parties by Objective Research and will only be used for the purposes of this survey
- You will not be sent any other materials as a result of participating in the survey.
Objective Research obtained the names and addresses of the individuals who have been asked to participate in the survey from an independent list provider who specialise in the medical sector. It is possible that the list provider will have given your name to other organisations. If your details are incorrect please e-mail jw@objectiveresearch.com and we will pass this information on to the list provider.
The results will be published in a statistical format only, for example in the form of tables, such as the example shown below.
